Summary of the Clever Hassan


Along time ago, there was a district governed by a duke who had one son and his wife is dead. After a while of time, the duke got married from another woman who gave three children. His son's name was Hassan and had a white horse and he loved him too much. Hassan loved his stepmother kids. The stepmother had a midwife who tried with her to make a trap for Hassan to kill him. Thus, they dug a hole at the front of the Hassan's horse stable in order to fall down in and being killed. Therefore, when Hassan got in the stable to feed Surour, he told him that his stepmother and her midwife are planning to kill you.

Moreover, the midwife went off and brought the poison that they put in his food that he loves to get him killed. The stepmother made food for Hassan and her kids. After the stepmother got away from them, Hassan paid the kids' attention to the sunshine and told them to look at it and altered the dishes with the kids' ones. Then, he got out. After a short period of time, she found her kids dead and she started weeping and shouting out.

The midwife and stepmother planned that stepmother to get sick and ask for physicians and doctors without finding any therapy for her symptom. Once, a doctor said that the recovery for this sickness is a heart of a horse, white one. So, the king searched for one like the horse but he found nothing. Hassan agreed to give him the, but he termed that he needs to go in a round with his horse before slaughter and died. The king agreed and Hassan went out in a round and flew into the air afar from the county and landed in a strange place. Hassan looked at the scene and saw a county which is similar to his father’s one. the horse gave him six parts of his hair and told him to burn one of them each time Hassan needs him.

Hassan went down to the district and went to the kind’s property and asked the gardener to let him work inside the property. Hassan asked the gardener to let him work in the property. The gardener asked him to stay there and the gardener will take a mission and then get back in the evening. Hassan took this chance and changed his dress and burned a hair and then the horse came flying to him and he started cutting flowers and ornamental trees back and forth running in the garden. The princess saw him and got liked him. Then, he the gardener got back to the property and stroke Hassan for not doing anything towards the mass and who did it. The princess fell in love with Hassan and Hassan did too.

Once the father of the princess asked with about marriage, she told him that she will marry otherwise the one she loves. And she asked him to promise her to agree on it whoever he is. They went away alone. Hassan burned a hair and Sursour came flying to them. Hassan asked Sursour to build a very vast palace. Hassan told his wife the reality about his father and stepmother.

After a period of time, the king felt fed up and sick a bit. So, he went up to the hill. His daughter the princess was sitting in the veranda with her husband Hassan. She saw her father coming towards them and she welcomed him. The king was surprised at Hassan and what he did and he knew that he is the son of a king. At the end, they lived in peace and reassurance all together.
